WHY FAMILIES STAY HERE
Everyone Gets Their Own Space.
Real bedrooms, a kitchen that works, and enough room that a family holiday still feels like one by the end of the week.
Most London hotel rooms squeeze a family onto one floor and call it "connecting." The Marloes was built the other way round — a real second bedroom and a real third bedroom, at the end of a day when everyone has had quite enough of everyone else.
A king and two singles, or a super-king and king in selected apartments. A sofa bed in the sitting room for a fifth or sixth guest. A dining table big enough for breakfast before the museums and a debrief afterwards.
It is a house that happens to have a front desk, not a hotel pretending to be a house.

WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN THE APARTMENT
The Practical Things That Make A Family Trip Work.
Not spa credits nobody uses. The things a family with young children, or a week of museum-going, actually needs.
In-Unit Washer-Dryer
No lost afternoon at a launderette. Wash the museum-and-picnic clothes overnight, ready for the next day out.
Active Climate Control
Set the temperature per room. Useful when a toddler runs warm and a teenager wants the window open.
Full Bosch Kitchen
Hob, oven, dishwasher and a proper set of cookware — breakfast before you go, and something simple when everyone's tired of restaurants.
Two-Tiered Security
Every apartment. Because that's not a detail you should have to ask about with children in the building.
Weekly-Restocked Pantry
Bread, fruit, butter and fresh milk from a local Somerset farm on arrival, and again through the week. One less shop to think about.
Staffed Front Desk, 365 Days
Someone at the door, all year round — for a pushchair through the lobby, a late check-in, or a question whenever one comes up.
FAMILY CONFIGURATIONS
Built Around A Group, Not A Single Traveller.
Two configurations, each thought through for a family rather than adapted from one. Both come with the same handcrafted mattresses, the same Bosch kitchen, and the same weekly clean as every apartment at The Marloes.
Two apartments, each designed from the ground up around more than one person's idea of comfort — and what a family actually needs to make a vacation work.

Two Bed
For Families of Up To Six
A king and two singles, or a super-king and king in selected apartments — each fitted with a handcrafted pillow-top mattress filled with wool and silk. The bathroom has a rainshower and a bathtub. The sofa in the sitting room opens into a double bed, for a fifth or sixth guest.
Two stops from South Kensington on the District line. Close enough for an afternoon at the museums; far enough to come home to somewhere quiet.
2–6 GUESTS · 2 BEDROOMS · BATH & RAINSHOWER
Three Bed
For Larger Groups & Multi-Generation Trips
Super-king, king, and two singles — the full expression of The Marloes, and enough room for grandparents, teenagers and everyone in between to have their own corner. A large kitchen and a generous sitting room across the biggest footprint in the house.
Cook a proper meal instead of ordering four separate things. Eat around a table together. Leave the museum shoes by a door that isn't also someone's bedroom.
UP TO 8 GUESTS · 3 BEDROOMS · BATH & RAINSHOWER

FAMILY HOLIDAY, FEBRUARY 2026
"The accommodation was comfortable and well-located, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place with great service and a warm atmosphere."

QUESTIONS FROM FAMILIES
